Service know-how, there's no way EDM equipment can be serviced without it, which is why your next service call for your classic Elox, Cincinnati, ERM, or Xermac equipment should be to EDM ZAP. EDM ZAP has factory trained specialists, servicing EDM equipment since the 1960's. If your EDM needs service, EDM ZAP offers a couple of options. We can send out a technician or you can send the equipment to us.

 

Service Call

EDM ZAP has the knowledge and expertise to repair your EDM equipment including classic Elox, Cincinnati, Ingersol, Hansvedt, ERM and Xermac. In-Shop Repair

EDM ZAP can repair your broken equipment at our facility. You benefit because the in-shop labor rate is slightly lower and you are not charged any travel expense.

 

Shared Travel

Free Inspection

EDM ZAP offers a free inspection for your EDM equipment. EDM ZAP can advise you of any current and/or potential problems. In addition, EDM ZAP can also advise you on ways to upgrade your equipment for higher productivity, through the addition of the different power supply, system 3R or Hirschmann tooling, or other upgrades and conversions.
