Order online, by phone, or by fax.  Payment:  We accept MasterCard, Visa, and the American Express card - including corporate purchasing cards. Net 30 terms may be arranged when credit information is supplied and approved. Educational institutions, government agencies, and Fortune 500 companies are automatically approved for credit. Simply fax your corporate Purchase Order and tax-exempt certificate. Sorry, but we cannot accept Purchase Requisitions. Please note: Some special order or custom products may require prepayment prior to shipping. Minimum Order:  For your convenience, most orders do not have a minimum order. However, some manufactures of the products we offer do have minimums. If this is the case we will contact you regarding your order.

Shipping:  Products are shipped via UPS. Other shipping options are available and must be specified when ordering: FedEx, DHL, US mail. All freight and custom charges are paid by the customer. Items may be shipped from the manufacturers facility/warehouse. Products in stock will generally ship the same day or the next business day. Items not in stock will generally ship in 3-7 business days. If your item is not in stock, you will receive an email letting you know an approximate ship date. Customers may also pick up products at our Lisle, Illinois (suburb of Chicago) facility.

Returns: We want you to be satisfied and that is why we will accept most returns up to 30 days after purchase. Refund/Credit will be issued when items are returned and evaluated. For full credit, items must be in original packaging (if any), unopened, unused and not assembled (unless pre-assembled), and shipping prepaid by you. Even if package has been opened, we may issue partial credit if other conditions are met. Opened products are generally subject to a restocking fee. Credit for shipping costs will not be issued. Please call us before you send it back. Please note: Special order products may not returnable. Additionally, products may be subject to manufacturers return guidlines and may not be returnable.
